Kahoma Homes

The Kahoma Residential subdivision is being developed by West Maui Land as 100% Workforce Housing. The subdivision will have wide streets, sidewalks, limited on-street parking and a centrally located large neighborhood park. Nā Hale O Maui has just completed its purchase for 12 of the 68 lots from the developer and will build and offer for sale 12 homes on lot sizes ranging from 5000 to 9077 square feet to qualified buyers who meet the eligibility requirements. Nā Hale O Maui hopes to begin construction on 12 Community Land Trust homes by the end of 2017 or early 2018.

  Hale O Maui is not accepting applications for the Kahoma project at this time.                    

Interested persons in the Kahoma Residential Subdivision will first need to complete NHOM's 4 Step Program. It is most important that you work on completing our 4 Step Program so that you can be added to our list of qualified homebuyers.  Only those whose names are on our qualified homebuyer list will be able to fill out an application to participate in our homebuyer selection process for this project.
